Becca + Dino: Duquesne University Power Center Wedding Photos

Becca and Dino's summery, light blue and blush romantic wedding day was something out of a fairytale (and not just because her dress had some serious Beauty & the Beast vibes 💛). Their Mexican-Catholic wedding ceremony took place at the very place where they met - Duquesne University, followed by a reception in the Duquesne University Power Center, overlooking campus and the city. They had so many incredible details, including Becca’s bouquet, which was wrapped in a sleeve from her mother’s wedding gown with her rosary beads wrapped around the stems, as well as Mexican wedding traditions, including the placing of a double rosary (or Lasso) over their shoulders during the ceremony, as well as the exchange of 13 gold coins (or Arras). Not to mention their epic maraca exit at the end of the evening where they danced their hearts out as they left the party as husband and wife!

I couldn’t begin to speak more highly of these two and their incredible friends and family - I’ve been counting down to their wedding since their engagement session a little over a year ago, and it was even more incredible than I thought it would be!!

Congratulations on your wedding day and on your marriage, Becca & Dino! We are so thankful to have been a part of your beautiful day!! 💕

For Francesca’s senior photos, we ran around Oakland and hit all of the best spots - the Cathedral of Learning, the lock bridge, Phipp's and Schenley Park. And we had so much fun with Francesca, her best friend, and her mom! Congratulations on your last year of high school, Francesca! 💛

Jimmy is a senior at Seneca Valley this upcoming year, and as you can probably tell from his senior photos below - he loves golf! ⛳️ We spent an evening a few weeks ago driving around Diamond Run Golf Course, and I can truly say that I know MUCH more about golf now than I did before (which was pretty much nothing! 😂)

Congratulations on your last year of school, Jimmy!! 🎉

Tamra & Chad: The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres Wedding Photos

Chad and Tamra’s summer pink and navy wedding took place at the Grand Estate at Hidden Acres on one of the most beautiful, summer July days! These two Office loving, dog parents had one of the most FUN wedding days we’ve seen from beginning to end!

Some of my favorite details included some subtle Office details - like the signature drinks, named after two main characters in the show, Jim & Pam - and the entrance into their reception, which was taken from Jim & Pam’s wedding (in the show)! Not to mention the beautiful invitation suite & signage, designed by the groom himself!

Chad and Tamra, it was such an honor to be a part of your wedding day! I hope these photos serve you well for many years to come! 💛

And we had the most perfect evening for her senior portraits - bright and beautiful, with just a little breeze in the air! Congratulations on your senior year, Erin!! 💛

Reva & Alex: Succop Nature Park Wedding Photos

Reva and Alex’s wedding day took place at Succop Nature Park, one of my favorite outdoor venues north of Pittsburgh! They came all the way from Philadelphia to celebrate this new chapter of their lives with their friends and family!

Everyone was watching the forecast the day of Reva and Alex’s wedding. With almost everything planned to take place outside (aside from the reception under a pavillion!), Reva, her four sisters, and her soon to be sister-in-law paced around the bridal suite, watching the forecast, hoping things would change so Reva and Alex could have their dream outdoor ceremony.

After seeing a break in the rain coming 45 minutes after the ceremony was set to begin, Reva and Alex’s incredible planner from Your Big Day made the call to wait it out to see if there would be a break in the weather. And low and behold - there was!!! And we ended up having just enough time for an outdoor ceremony and for some photos before the rain began again. (Side note: this is why wedding planners are worth every penny!!!)

But the rain? It didn’t put a damper on the wedding day, and it surely didn’t put a damper on Reva and Alex’s excitement! The newly married couple radiated joy, even through the rain. Congratulations on your wedding day, Reva and Alex! 🎉

Eric G: Hartwood Acres Senior Photos

Eric is an Eden Christian Academy senior, graduating in 2020. He plays basketball and runs cross country (and comes from a big family of runners!). I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Eric’s family for quite a few years, and even photographed his sister Lauren for her senior photos almost four years ago! It’s hard to believe that it’s been so long!

I also had the pleasure of photographing Eric with his entire family at the very beginning of our time together! Senior photos are the perfect time to update your family portrait - if you're interested in adding a family "mini" session to an already booked senior session, just let me know!

Congratulations on your senior year, Eric! 🎉 You are going to do great things!

I had the immense honor of taking photos of Aidan just a few short weeks ago beginning at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, and ending in his family’s backyard! Aidan is a Seneca Valley senior who plans on playing hockey professionally. With numerous accolades and many big opportunities, it's easy to see that this guy is going places!

Aidan, thanks so much for the honor of taking these photos for you! And a big thanks to the Sports Complex for being so accommodating for our session! ☺️
