Miss Sophie is a Mars senior who plans to pursue nursing post-high school. She is currently a lifeguard (at the same exact place I worked at in high school!!! ) and is just a sweetheart all around. We had so much fun exploring Succop Nature Park - Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania during her senior session!

Lindsey & Tyler had a very Pittsburgh wedding, featuring the absolutely GORGEOUS Energy Innovation Center, which features a stunning rooftop overlooking the city, and giant windows in their main room, making the skyline of Pittsburgh the backdrop for their ceremonies and receptions! Oh how I absolutely LOVED photographing Lindsey & Tyler's wedding there!!
We had a first look on the roof... featuring a fake first look first! Definitely a fun way to start their day off! We headed off to one of my favorite spots for portraits in the city, where some birds joined us for bridal party photos (you'll see what I mean as you scroll ;) ), then made our way back to the EIC for the ceremony and reception, and then capped the evening off together with some photos on the roof. I adore these two... we had the best day celebrating with them! Congratulations on your wedding day, Lindsey & Tyler!!

Even though Luke's senior session started out with a downpour, we waited it out in our cars, and the rest of the evening we had such awesome light!
We had two great locations to work with - McConnell’s Mill, and Moraine State Park, which gave us a ton of variety with the backdrops we could choose from! Both locations were the perfect backdrop for this adventure loving senior who loves the great outdoors. It was such an honor to get to take his photos! Congratulations on your senior year, Luke!
A few favorites from Josh’s senior session at Mellon Park just a few weeks ago! Josh is a rising senior at Pine Richland who plays soccer and loves Chipotle… and has some great style! The blue suit and floral tie combo never gets old.

Anna & Henry have been together for about three and a half years, and are tying the knot next year at one of my favorite venues - the White Barn! They love the beach and have the cutest little pup named Fin, who joined us for some photos!

I knew from the moment I first chatted with Brittany & Ian that their wedding was going to be unique, colorful, and fun! And if you’ve been reading the blog for any length of time, you’ve probably noticed that I LOVE COLOR in photos! Their vibrant, tropical-themed wedding had an abundance of lush greenery, vibrant flowers, fresh fruit, and even some "tropical" rain storms that made us feel like we were shooting a wedding in the rain forest! ;) Okay, so, the random rain storms that came throughout the day weren’t anyone’s favorite part of the wedding, but we were able to still get some gorgeous photos while dodging the rain!
Other fun details you’ll see below include: pineapples galore - even in the bride’s bouquet and HAIR! (look closely and you’ll see what I mean!), as well as an antique shuttle bus (killer!), goats, and fireworks!!! Really and truly, this wedding had it all.

Caitlin & Tanner have been married for almost two years, but are finally getting to have their big celebration with friends and family in just a few months here in Pittsburgh! And yes - these two had a small wedding ceremony and started planning their big reception for a few years down the line before it was a thing. Talk about starting a trend 😉
So of course, we had to take some late engagement/anniversary photos featuring their now-hometown!

Haley and John met at a Panera Bread, of all places - they met in line while ordering their food, ended up striking up a conversation, sitting together, and have been inseparable ever since! John popped the question just last month while they were in Erie, and I had the honor of celebrating with them by taking their engagement photos this past month! And let me tell you - they were sooo easy to photograph! So sweet, and so in love. Not to mention North Park was looking especially beautiful with all of its gorgeous golden light!

What a day, what a story, what a couple! As Michael said as we walked over to set him up for his and Lauren's first look - third time's a charm!
These two were on their third Covid reschedule and had patiently waited for this day for years to celebrate with their friends and family. Though this was technically their second wedding date (after a small ceremony in their now-home state of Texas last year!), there was just as much excitement as any other wedding day I've photographed... if not more! It was so easy to tell how much Lauren & Michael treasure their incredible friends & family through their willingness to wait through the pandemic to celebrate with them.
This day was a joy to witness - this love was a joy to photograph! Congratulations on your second wedding day, Lauren & Michael! So so SO thankful for you both!!!!
