This wedding made my little wedding photographer heart happy for so many reasons. It occurred during my favorite time of year (fall), had an insane amount of beautiful details (with custom signage made by the bride herself), took place at a plethora of unique locations (including the Barnard House Bed & Breakfast & Allegheny Grille), and best of all - all of that with an incredibly sweet, in love couple!

The talented Christa (of Christa Lee Photography) and her husband Evan had a gorgeous fall day for their family session (Christa + Evan + two pups!) at Mingo Creek Park. North Park has so many great outdoor spots for senior photos. From fall trees, to fields, to a fall tree, Kathleen's session hit all of my favorite North Park spots! She even brought along a couple of her favorite books (including Harry Potter - yes!) and stethoscope (she's going to school to study nursing). Congratulations, Kathleen!
I have known this beautiful lady for so long! We photographed her dance photos a few years ago, and it was an honor for her to pick JHP for her senior photos! We stayed in Oakland for her photos, hitting the Cathedral of Learning and Phipp's Conservatory, plus a few spots in between. We had such a fun time with you, Emily! I love this family! I've been photographing this lovely family for a year or two now, and their love for each other (and their dog Milo) is a beautiful thing! We found some great areas around Cranberry Township for their fall session, and had a little fun near the end of the shoot with some Red Riding Hood and princess costumes. Emily & Jared were married at the end of September on a gorgeous, early-fall day. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful couple, bridal party, and family.
There are so many details that made this wedding one of a kind. From the programs designed by a friend of the bride to the endless array of details carefully placed throughout Dundee Farm, this wedding was truly a joy to capture from beginning to end. (We were even able to sneak the bride & groom out for a couple of portraits during golden hour!) I consider it an honor to have been a part of your day, Emily and Jared. Fall family sessions are so much fun, especially with a family like this one (and with a location like Hartwood Acres Mansion, you can never go wrong!). During our session, I found out this lovely couple picked Hartwood Acres because it reminded them of their architecture found in England (where they lived for 8 years before moving back to the states). Chrissy + Chris were a blast to photograph in Riverview Park on a gorgeous Sunday in mid-October (sword and all!). Their natural chemistry and overflowing love for each other made their session incredibly easy-going and light-hearted. Jenn and Larry had an absolutely gorgeous morning for their engagement session on the North Shore. This lovely couple did a fantastic job in front of the camera, and even brought along a couple of pumpkins as props for their "save the dates!" (Props to Larry for painting on the words/numbers!)
