I've said it before and I'll say it again - I LOVE when seniors get creative with their portrait location! Alyssa barrel races with her horse, Slammer, who lives at Babcock Stables in Gibsonia. She's been horse back riding for almost her entire life (and grew up in Texas), so it was only fitting to have her session at a barn. We loved hanging out with Alyssa and Slammer on this gorgeous summer evening - check out a few of our favorites below! Congratulations on all of your hard work, Alyssa!

How is this for real?
Nikki, my little sister & youngest sibling, is a senior graduating as a part of the class of 2017. For years, Nikki has been my go-to test model, easily bribed by a quick Sheetz run for a milkshake and french fries. But this time, there was no bribing needed (actually, I got paid in ice cream, an offer only available to siblings and immediate family members ;) ). I took her to a few of my favorite prettiest spots and as expected, all of the years of using her as my test model paid off. She was a total pro and super natural in front of my camera! I'm so excited for you, Nikki, and proud of how much you continue to grow!
Brandon, a 2016 Seneca Valley graduate and true Pittsburgher, had his senior session around the North Shore. We walked around outside of PNC Park and snapped some shots with some of his baseball gear. Congratulations on graduating, Brandon!
It's good to be back in the swing of things with Lauren's Hartwood Acres mansion senior photography session! This pretty lady is a part of the class of 2016 and is graduating in less than a month. It's never too late to have some senior photos taken! I had so much fun taking your photos, Lauren - best of luck at Kent in the fall!
During her session, Sarah confessed that she doesn't like having her photo taken. That's fair, a lot of people aren't used to being in front of the camera. But to be honest - Sarah was SUCH a natural in front of my lens! First, she's gorgeous, and second, she has the perfect "model face" down! This girl absolutely knows how to work the camera, and she made my job incredibly easy. Thanks for being awesome Sarah!
The North Shore is one of my favorite spots for photos! Aaron's session took place on an usually warm afternoon in November during a Steeler game. I've known Aaron for a long time, and it was an honor to take his senior portraits.
I love when Pittsburgh cooperates in November! We had gorgeous weather for Megan's senior shoot. It's hard to believe we took these photos in the middle of November! This professional lady is a fellow Disney lover (much like me and my husband), who plans on working for Disney someday! I love people with big dreams, especially people who are intent on making them happen. I'll come visit you in Disney, Megan! ;)
Hartwood Acres Mansion has easily become one of my favorite spots for photos because of the variety of locations it offers within a short walking distance. We had so much fun hanging out with Hannah - congratulations on your last year of school!
This sweet lady was so much fun to photograph! An aspiring photographer herself (and school mascot!), we had fun talking about photography and exploring the Hartwood Acres grounds. Congratulations on your last year of school, Maddie!
North Park has so many great outdoor spots for senior photos. From fall trees, to fields, to a fall tree, Kathleen's session hit all of my favorite North Park spots! She even brought along a couple of her favorite books (including Harry Potter - yes!) and stethoscope (she's going to school to study nursing). Congratulations, Kathleen!
