There are so many things I love about this session. Beautiful family, beautiful light, gorgeous location - all the works! You might remember the youngest daughter of the Carlson clan, Callie, and her senior session a few years ago. The whole family came together one last time before their girls headed off to new beginnings and summer adventures. Here's to the future and to new beginnings for this sweet family!

Tsung Family: Cranberry Township Family Photographer

This family is just the sweetest! This was my second year photographing the Tsung family for their Chinese New Year card - and per usual, we had a blast! The Cranberry Township Park served as a lovely backdrop, even in the cold of winter.

Murphy Family: Cathedral of Learning Family Photography (Pittsburgh)

You would never guess that this session took place at the beginning of February.

One of the best and worst things about Pittsburgh is the weather. Winters are long, but every once in a while, we get a gorgeous, sunny, warm day - one of these days just so happened to fall on the Murphy's family session day (I think it was meant to be)! The weather matched the personalities of this bubbly family as we walked and talked around the Cathedral of Learning. I have to admit, this weather made me oh so excited for spring! 

Eagon Family: Cranberry Township Park Photographer

This family was so much fun to photograph! We had so much fun creating the images below for them. And who would've thought Cranberry Park could look so beautiful at the end of November!

Graham Family: North Park Family Photographer (Cranberry Township Photographer)

Hadley and her parents were naturals in front of the camera on the chilly November afternoon we took their portraits at North Park! We started off around the North Park Boathouse and gradually worked our way into the Over the Bar Bicycle Cafe, where we were able to get some photos of a cake smash for Hadley's first birthday! (Thanks to the wonderful staff at OTB Bicycle Cafe for letting us make a bit of a mess!) This family was a joy to photograph!

Kyyashko Family: Cranberry Township Family Photographer

I love this family! I've been photographing this lovely family for a year or two now, and their love for each other (and their dog Milo) is a beautiful thing! We found some great areas around Cranberry Township for their fall session, and had a little fun near the end of the shoot with some Red Riding Hood and princess costumes. Hartwood Acres Family Photographer

Fall family sessions are so much fun, especially with a family like this one (and with a location like Hartwood Acres Mansion, you can never go wrong!). During our session, I found out this lovely couple picked Hartwood Acres because it reminded them of their architecture found in England (where they lived for 8 years before moving back to the states). Woodland Styled Sister Portraits

It's always an honor when someone asks me to give them some photography tips. I've become a huge fan of helping people through figuring out their camera, their lenses, and their lighting (even though I still have so much to learn myself!).
